Lola Margaret is currently working on location on her new film titled “Agbara”.
The new movie, which is in Yoruba language is directed byMuka Ray. It was produced and written by Magret.
“Agbara” will feature several known names in the industry including Femi Adebayo, Mistura Asunramu, Bukola Fagbuyi,Yinka Quadri and Bukky Wright.
The title of the movie when translated from Yoruba to English means “Power”. Filming of the upcoming movie commenced almost last week.
Lola Margaret is also an actress and a movie director. She gained recognition on the film scene when she played a lead role in the film “Bisola Alan”.
Quadri plays a lead role in the upcoming film. He began his acting career in the late 70s in theatre before transitioning over to film. He has been in the industry for over 37 years. Earlier this year, the actor revealed his plans to return to school to learn film production.
Adebayo was recently appointed the Special Adviser to the Governor of Kwara State, Abdulfatah Ahmed on Arts, Culture and Tourism.
