‘My wedding ring lasted only one week’ – Bovi

Nigerian comedian, Bovi, who has been married to his wife, Christabel for over six years, has spoken about what keeps his marriage going strong.

Coming at a time when more and more celebrity marriages seem to be hitting the rocks, Bovi who was a guest on Beat FM this morning said, ‘Marriage? It affects many artistes. But there are married successful entertainers. What’s good for the goose may not be good for the gander.

‘My wedding ring lasted only one week. I don’t like rings. And my wife understands. We follow a practical approach to marriage. A ring doesn’t stop my from being good or bad’.
